The highest converting traffic I’ve ever seen…

Affiliate Marketing, Announcements, Internet Marketing

Traffic Bailout is a new site that says it guarantees more web visitors and online advertising with very little effort or cost.  More importantly, it promises higher CONVERSIONS–signups and sales.  So I decided to put it to the test…

My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel.  It is easy to read and understand.  Joining the site was easy and painless–they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.

The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive–I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up and running in less than 5 minutes.  Inside the site, you create links and ads–the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into “Traffic Bailout” links.  You create ads for anything you want to promote using the Traffic Bailout Ad Generator, which is very easy to use.  You can create as many links and as many ads as you like.  And they are organized in a logical way–links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference.  Also, since the link generator is the tool you’ll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login.  Very smart!

After you’ve created at least 1 link and 1 ad you can start to generate traffic.  Just use and promote the new Traffic Bailout link instead of the original source link you had.  Every time the Traffic Bailout link is clicked, the page loads followed by a small ad window in the lower right corner.  It displays 3 ads PLUS an image with your affiliate link that goes back to Traffic Bailout.  So if anyone clicks the Traffic Bailout image they see the site, and if they signup they become your referral.  It’s a great viral feature because you can build referrals without even trying to just by using the site.

Now every time the ad window displays (your Traffic Bailout links get clicked) you earn credits that get YOUR ad displayed in the ad windows when other members’ links get clicked.  So the more clicks, the more times your ads get displayed.

And this works virally–meaning as you make referrals into Traffic Bailout (either by promoting it or just using it and visitors click the Traffic Bailout image on the ad window to join) you also earn ad credits on THEIR link clicks.  And this works up to 5 levels deep.  So you can create a massive amount of free ad views and web traffic by referring others to Traffic Bailout also.

I didn’t get to test the full effect of a big downline yet (I just got the tool) but I can tell you the rest of the site works exactly as stated–my links got clicked, I earned credits, and my ads got displayed.  Traffic Bailout even tracked my results so I know how many clicks and how many ad displays.  That was an impressive unadvertised extra feature.

There is one more benefit and feature which might be the best of them all–downline emailing.  You can email your downline with offers, promotions, or whatever you like, and here is where Traffic Bailout really shines.  They took time to make the emailing often enough that it’s valuable as a user, but no so often that it’s a burden to your downline.  But the best part about this feature (and actually the credit earning too) is that it tells you exactly how long until you can mail again.  Now THAT’s cool.

Overall I have to say I am impressed with Traffic Bailout.  It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises.  Highly recommended to anyone who wants to increase traffic and advertising.

Ad Swaps To Build Traffic

Affiliate Marketing, Internet Marketing

As I said in my last post on the JV Giveaways webinar once you have 1,000 people on your email list you should cut down on the giveaways you use and instead move to a different type of list building.  Ad Swaps is the next technique you should use.

What is an Ad Swap?

It is simply as the name implies a swap of advertisments between you and another marketer in your niche.  It is one of the easiest JV deals that you can do.

Ad Swaps are an easy good method to build your list provided you follow the rules laid out below.

To be able to do an Ad Swap you need:

Something to offer people such as a free ebook or report, or an audio or video report that will be useful to them.  This is your product. Ideally this will be a product you have created for yourself and not a PLR product.

You must also have an autoresponder and there are a number of auto responder companies out there.  The ones I have heard most about are Aweber, Get Response and GVO’s Eresponder service which is part of their hosting package.  I use GVO as they are my hosting company and offer a $1 trial for new members.  Click the link at the top right of this blog to find out more about GVO.

You need a Squeeze page or optin page to collect the names and email addresses of people who want the product you have available.  This should be a free product to start with.

You can use Giveaways to start building your list as if you don’t have a list you cannot do any ad swaps.

The one thing I would advise you to stick to when doing ad swaps is be totally honest with your partner in the swap.  Don’t say you have a list of 2,000 when it is only 200.  You may come across some dishonest marketers out their and if you do I would advise you not to have any further business dealings with them as if you continue to do business with them their reputation can affect your reputation on the internet and you don’t want that.  Long term success comes from being honest and building trust with everyone you come in contact with on the internet.

Be reasonable in setting up your ad swap

Sort out all the details before the swap takes place.  Most marketers will swap with someone who has a list no more than 20% – 30% different in size to their list.  If your list has been built up from Giveaways remember that these are freebee seekers and will not be as responsive as a list of buyers.  So by being honest with your prospective partner you are not leaving yourself open to negative feedback from them after the swap.  Negative feedback can cost you your reputation and stop you getting future ad swaps with others.

By sticking to the agreed terms and conditions you will ensure that both sides are happy before, during and after the Adswap.

The first time you do an Adswap learn from your probably more experienced partner.  If there is something you don’t understand ask questions of your partner, tell them it is your first ad swap.  They willbe understanding and if they are any good will be willing to help you.

Use a great headline and keep your email reasonably short – a long sales page is not needed and can actually work against you.  Stick to the date and time agreed with your partner for the swap.  Do not fill your email with links two or three is plenty, one near the start of the email, one in the middle and one in the P.S.  These links should all be the same and not refering to different offers as if they are different you will confuse the possible customer and lose the sale.

If you intend to use PLR products for your ad swap ensure that you have totally revamped the product before offering it as if not you may not be successful.

These are the basics of Ad Swaps and I wish you success with your own ad swaps.

Your comments are always welcome and if you have anything you would like me to cover here let me know and I will see what I can dig up for you.
